The apple varieties found in our orchard were chosen based on the following criterias: the trees resistance level to disease and its capacity to endure organic farming. And of course, the taste of the fruit. We wanted to offer many different tasting apples to suit all palettes and offer the discovery of new varieties.

The varieties calendar is an approximation of the due date since Mother Nature is the only true decider!
