Apple Orchard Assistant<\/strong><\/h1><\/div>

FULL-TIME, SEASONAL<\/p>\n<\/div>

Employment Period:<\/strong> Now until November 1, 2026<\/p>\n

Schedule:<\/strong> Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4:30pm
\n*Weather-dependent schedule<\/p>\n

Salary:<\/strong> [$17.50\/hour] to [$20.00\/hour]\nBased on experience and qualifications<\/p>\n

Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

Under the supervision of \u00c9ric, the selected candidate will participate in various orchard duties to support seasonal operations.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/strong>Carry out orchard maintenance tasks (ie: mowing, pest control )<\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/strong>Participate in pruning, thinning, or harvesting depending on the season<\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/strong>Sort, handle, and package apples<\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/strong>Keep work areas clean and safe<\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/strong>Use tools and equipment according to established procedures<\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/strong>Collaborate with other team members<\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/strong>Contribute to maintaining the company\u2019s organic and environmental practices<\/p>\n

Profile required<\/strong><\/p>\n

Essential<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/strong>Good physical condition<\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/strong>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions<\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/strong>Punctuality and reliability<\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/strong>Team spirit<\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/strong>Interest in organic and sustainable agriculture<\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/strong>Experience in agriculture, horticulture, or orchard work<\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/strong>Valid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/strong>Experience operating tractors or farm equipment<\/p>\n
