At this farm event, host Julie Aubé will welcome participants alongside her collaborators, Anick and Éric, and the team from Claire Jacques Restaurant for a warm and flavorful experience. The program includes a guided tour of the organic orchard and laying hen flock with the farm owners, an egg-inspired culinary demonstration, and a snack prepared by the Claire Jacques team featuring recipes related to the demonstration. Throughout the afternoon, participants will also enjoy egg-themed quiz questions designed to entertain and enrich the experience.
