Apple Orchard Assistant

FULL-TIME, SEASONAL

Employment Period: Now until November 1, 2026

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4:30pm
*Weather-dependent schedule

Salary: [$17.50/hour] to [$20.00/hour] Based on experience and qualifications

Job Description

Under the supervision of Éric, the selected candidate will participate in various orchard duties to support seasonal operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out orchard maintenance tasks (ie: mowing, pest control )

• Participate in pruning, thinning, or harvesting depending on the season

• Sort, handle, and package apples

• Keep work areas clean and safe

• Use tools and equipment according to established procedures

• Collaborate with other team members

• Contribute to maintaining the company’s organic and environmental practices

Profile required

Essential

• Good physical condition

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Punctuality and reliability

• Team spirit

• Interest in organic and sustainable agriculture

Assets

• Experience in agriculture, horticulture, or orchard work

• Valid driver’s license

• Experience operating tractors or farm equipment
